School Counselling Service

At Enlight Christian School, we believe that every child and family deserves to be heard, supported, and cared for—especially during times of difficulty. Sometimes, having someone who will listen without judgment and walk alongside us can make a meaningful difference.

Our School Counselling Service is led by Rev. Lidya Tatik Hardy, B.C.C., M.C.C., who has almost 20 years of experience serving, counselling, mentoring, and supporting people and families. She holds a Master’s degree in Christian Counselling, with a major in Marriage and Family Therapy and a focus on children and families.

Our counselling service provides a safe, caring, and confidential environment where students and families can talk about challenges they may be facing, including emotional struggles, family concerns, relationships, school difficulties, personal challenges, and other situations affecting their well-being.

Christ-Centered Counselling

Our counselling approach is grounded in our Christian faith. We believe that Jesus Christ is our ultimate source of hope, healing, wisdom, and restoration. Through prayer, biblical principles, compassionate listening, and professional counselling skills, we seek to help individuals understand their challenges and move toward healthy and positive growth.

We also believe that God speaks through His Word and guides His people. As we learn to listen to God, seek His wisdom, and apply biblical truth, we can find direction and hope for the situations we face.

You Don't Have to Walk Alone

Whether a student is experiencing emotional difficulties, friendship or relationship challenges, family concerns, academic pressure, behavioral struggles, or other personal difficulties, our counselling service is here to provide support and guidance.

There is no shame in asking for help. Asking for help is a step toward healing and growth.
