We are pleased to share updates on the Enlight School Information System (ENSIS) and how families can access school services online.

What’s Available Now

  • Web Access (Main System): Parents, students, and staff can sign in from any device — computer, Android, or iPhone — using a browser for full access to school information.

  • EduLink Messenger (Android App): EduLink is our school communication app for chat between parents, students, and staff, with alerts for fees, homework, and school updates.

    Note: Until Google Play release, Android users install this school-provided APK. When prompted, allow install from this source.
  • Install on Computer / Home Screen: You can open ENSIS in Chrome/Edge and use Install or Add to Home Screen for quicker access (like an app icon), without waiting for store releases.
  • Google Play & App Store: Official store releases are planned for August 2027. This timeline lets us stabilize the system, reduce bugs, and strengthen security first. The schedule may change — apps may arrive earlier if milestones are completed ahead of time.

Short Guide: Accessing ENSIS

1. Login Access

  • Parents who register with a valid email during admission receive ENSIS login details by email.
  • If you did not receive the email, contact academic staff or your child’s homeroom teacher so we can verify and update your registered email.

2. One Unified Account

  • The website, EduLink messenger, and related school apps use one account.
  • Parents can sign in with their registered email or parent code (sent by email).
  • After login, you reach the parent dashboard for your children’s school information.

3. What’s Inside ENSIS (Parent Portal)

Parents can use these features to stay connected with school life:

  • Parent Profile: Keep family contact details accurate.
  • Children / Siblings: One parent account can view all linked children.
  • Progress Reports: View academic and developmental progress reports.
  • Curriculum Progress: Follow learning topics and subject progress.
  • Attendance: Check attendance records.
  • Homework: See homework assignments and updates.
  • Class Schedule: View your child’s timetable.
  • Fees & Payments: Check outstanding fees, pay online (including bank / VA options), and download receipts.
  • Agreements: View and digitally sign school agreements when required.
  • Behavior Updates: View behavior points and related follow-ups (when enabled by the school).
  • Homeroom / Teachers: Connect with teachers through school messaging channels.
  • EduLink Chat: Chat securely with school contacts and receive important notifications.
  • Announcements: School news and notices inside the portal.
  • Student Portal: Each student also receives a separate login (introduced during computer / digital literacy classes).

4. Public Information (No Login Needed)

  • School news, calendar highlights, and selected public pages remain available on the school website without signing in.

5. Announcements

Major updates and guidance will also be shared during parent meetings so every family stays informed.

ENSIS & EduLink – Parent FAQ

ENSIS is the main school information system (reports, attendance, fees, homework, schedule, and more). EduLink is the messaging app for school chat and alerts. Both use the same login account.

Go to enlightchristianschool.com/login and sign in with the email or parent code sent by the school. If you never received login details, contact academic staff or your child’s homeroom teacher to confirm your registered email.

Use Forgot Password on the login page with your registered email. If the reset email does not arrive, check Spam/Junk, then contact the school office so we can verify your email address.

Yes. Linked children appear under one parent account. If a sibling is missing, ask the school office to link the student to your parent profile.

No. Parents and students have separate logins. Students receive their own account (usually introduced during computer / digital literacy classes).

Download the official school APK from this announcement, open the file, and allow installation from that source if Android asks. Then sign in with your ENSIS account. Until Google Play release, please install only the APK provided by the school website.

Not on the App Store yet (planned for August 2027). iPhone users can use ENSIS and EduLink through Safari/Chrome at enlightchristianschool.com/login and may add it to the Home Screen for quicker access.

No. EduLink is a school communication tool, not a phone surveillance app. The school uses it for school-related messages, homework/fee alerts, and official notices inside ENSIS/EduLink. It does not monitor personal apps, browsing, or private activity on your child’s device outside the school system.

We take privacy seriously. Access is limited to authorized school accounts, and communication is intended for school purposes only. Please keep your password private and do not share login details with others.

Store releases are planned for August 2027 so we can prioritize stability, bug fixes, and security. Meanwhile, families can fully use the website and the school Android APK.

Allow notifications for EduLink / your browser, keep the app updated (or refresh the website), and check that your device is not in Do Not Disturb / battery saver blocking alerts. If it still fails, contact the school office with your phone model so we can help.
