1. Plan and deliver engaging English language and literature lessons for secondary grade levels

2. Foster critical thinking, creative writing, reading comprehension, and academic excellence

3. Assess student progress through assignments, essays, and exams, providing constructive feedback

5. Collaborate with colleagues and communicate effectively with parents

6. Support the school's Christian values and mission

1. Bachelor's Degree in English Literature, English Education, or a related field

2. Experience teaching Middle School or High School English is preferred

3. Passionate about teaching literature, language skills, creative writing, and mentoring teenagers

4. Strong classroom management and communication skills

5. Proficient in English (native or near-native fluency)
